I was in a Car crash.
IT WAS NOT MY FAULT!!!!! I am ok, kids were not with me, car is crashed- I was driving on main road- no stop signs, no traffic lights, then some chick decided to make a LEFT turn from crossing street( she had stop sign ). She was supposed to stop there and wait until it is safe to proceed, but instead she decided to take chances and make that fucking stupid move- she was about 18-19 years old. I drowe straight into her drivers door- she is ok because I was only driving 35 miles an hours and was about to excellerate, but still. STOP MEANS STOP-. SHe did stop but why did she decided to make a turn when I was only 10-15 feet away ??????, but oh, I am to out of my mind right now and can not think. I am about to pass out - I think. I have to wait until I get the replacement car ( I called incurance), Cops were very helpful and they understand and saw that it was not my fault. ( I was half a mile from my home) . Thank you for Aliso Viejo police I am safely in my home with my kids :)

My first accident ever was when I was 18 and it was near your house, on Crown Valley Parkway. I was on my way to the beach with my sister Elizabeth and her boyfriend in the car.
There was no houses there then and speed limit was 55. Some woman came out of a side street and tried to make an illegal U-turn and directly in front of me.
We took the whole front of her car off, bumper, headlights, grille-- it was all flying through the air. Everybody in both cars was fine.
But Elizabeth, she was pissed, and she got out of the car and yelled every bad word she knew at that woman. After all, she tried to kill us and the four kids she had in her car.
You'll get a rental car. Your car will be much better off because you hit her from the front, cars are designed to absorb the impact well. Being hit from the side is much worse. Insurance will pay, but unfortunately, even if its not your fault, sometimes they raise your rates.
Good to hear you and your kids are OK, everything else can be fixed.
:( You know what is sad about it. Her btother ( drivers) got killed last year in a car crash. And I almost killed her because of her stupid mistake. I drowe straight into her door. Back door was ok- just her door, and she stood up, she walked, she was fine, but then ambulance came, her mom came and drama started. Mom was yelling, she was crying I was pissed and screaming and cursing and yelling( I sayed F word at least hundred times.) Only injury she had( what I heard so far was that her Pinky ( small finger) was bleeding, and her left sholder was hurting. and then they but her down buckled up and took her to emergency room. DUH. And it all happened because I had to go to cats doctor to drop off cats poop sample. i tell ya' this kitty will be returned to its original owners pretty soon.
May is jinxed. All the bad things happened to us so far in may. ( Reginas surgery, my car accident 5,5 years ago, my brother had car accident in saturday, because some drunk pedestrian jumped to the road in front of his car.
Whew, what a day! It will get better. At least the kids were not with you. That is one great thing and that no one got hurt. That is if you call hurting your pinky, hurt?lol Go have a nice bath with all your candles and a big ol glass of wine! Your day will be better! Don't get rid of the kitty yet! Animals are such a great outlet for kids and adults to. Take care.
Very glad to hear the only real damage was to the car. If the girl had a stop sign and you didn't, then it's HER fault. However, don't be surprised if they try to prove it was your fault. Two years in a row, my husband was stopped at a traffic light and a car hit him from behind....and both times they tried to say it was his fault. DUH?? He wasn't moving. Older woman (on the way to her granddaughter's graduation) did the same thing in BJs parking lot last year--we were PARKED and she hit us because she was in a hurry getting out of her spot. And it was OUR fault?? People are very strange. And don't blame the poor kitty...yet!!
