Things have not really changed much. I know you all want things to get better, but sadly nothing has changed.

Regina is still sleeping loong hours. She responds to us with nods or headshakes. One in a while she will say no and yes. She has told us she loves us when we tell her we love you.

She also has couple of nasty infections. One in her eye and one some sort of vaginal infection. Not sure what kind. Hospice nurse has been coming over to our house every day now to check Reginas blood pressure-- which is elevated lately due to pressure in her brain. We also have night nurse coming over today to deliver antibiotics and say hi to us first time. Other than that nothing much...
Again, THANK YOU FOR FOOD, Emails, Calls, Texts, hugs, and everything else you guys have done for us :)

You dont know me. I have left a couple of comments in the past saying I would pray for Regina. I have been watching closely and feel like I know Regina and my heart is breaking. I was in Florence Italy last week and lit a few candles at the many beautiful churches..just for Regina. I prayed for her healing and if that could not be done...a pain free passing in the arms of her loved ones. I continue to pray and think of her everyday. You are amazing in the face of Regina's journey. I know you have no choice but your dignity and strength are admired by many.

Hi,
Just a quick note to say "Hi" to Gabriel and hope the first days of school are going well for him.

Love to you all,

I check your blog daily hoping that you will have some good news. Regina's fight is especially touching to me, since I lost my father to brain cancer nine years ago. I pray that Regina is resting comfortably, and is not in any pain. I admire all that you have done for Regina, fours years is a long fight...
God bless!

Thanks for the update Diana, I always check throughout the day to see what is going on with her. I've had a crazy, crazy week, but would like to stop by on Monday if it is okay. How do you think you did on your citizenship test? When will you get results? TTYL! Risa

Regina is beautiful! I know how hard it is to have a child with special medical needs, and I admire you for how strong you are. My thoughts and prayers are with Regina and your whole family.

Oh, Diana, I didn't know about the citizenship test!! Congratulations! Did Gabriel have to teach you how to study? (LOL)
You continue to amaze me. Some day, you must write a book. Of course, if you are the heroine, everyone will think it's fiction because no woman could be as fantabulous as you!!

Much love,
